What information will Mater Imaging need from you?

Our Patient Information form will only be used to relay information to your referring doctor, to claim with Medicare, or to contact you. The information is kept in a secure database and can only be accessed by the staff at Mater Imaging.

When your scan is complete there are several options for the secure delivery or collection of your films.

Delivery of scans

Mater Imaging provides a courier service to the following areas:

North Sydney, Milsons Point, Kirribilli, Neutral Bay, Mosman, Northbridge, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Waverton, Crows Nest, Willoughby, Greenwich, Artarmon, Cammeray, Cremorne, Naremburn, St Leonards.

Your films can be delivered to most doctors in these areas. Please check with the receptionist when you arrive for your scan if your doctor is on the list.
